Joe Sanchez is a resident of Gig Harbor and has lived in the Puget sound area for 18 years. He has over 28 years of experience of working with the public in the service industry. His enjoyment of working with people extends beyond his profession.
Joe has volunteered for 10 years with the Red Cross helping senior citizens. Over the past 14 years Joe has been a friend and 'Big Brother' mentor. That's Joe's 'Little Brother' Nate pictured with him at a Washington Husky football game.
To better serve clients, Joe continually invests time training in all aspects of real estate, including buyer representation, marketing, pricing and regulatory issues. He currently serve as a mentor to new agents in Coldwell Banker Bain's Gig Harbor office.
